I’m a Level 3 VTCT qualified massage therapist based in Newcastle upon Tyne, fully insured and passionate about helping people move and feel better.

Every first appointment starts with a consultation — we talk through your health, any injuries or conditions, and what you want from the session, so your treatment is safe and genuinely tailored to you. Whether you’re after pure relaxation, relief from desk-hunched shoulders, or maintenance massage to keep you training, you’ll leave knowing your body was in good hands.

• Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy (VTCT)
• Fully insured for professional practice
• Consultation and contraindication screening before every first treatment
• Honest scope: for suspected injuries or rehabilitation you’ll be signposted to a physiotherapist — massage here is about relaxation, tension relief and maintenance, done properly
