Cancellations & rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable — they protect the appointment time reserved just for you. Give at least 24 hours’ notice and you can reschedule freely, with your deposit carrying over to the new time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, cancellations without rebooking, and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Repeated no-shows may be asked to pay in full when booking.

Late arrival

Arriving late shortens your treatment — the session still ends on time out of fairness to the next client, and the full price applies.

Health disclosure

Massage is safe for most people, but some conditions need adapting around or a GP’s okay first. Please answer the consultation questions honestly and mention any changes at each visit — it’s confidential, and it’s what lets us treat you safely.

Your data

Booking and health information is stored securely, never sold or shared, used only to run your appointments, and deleted on a fixed schedule. Health details are never sent by email. See the privacy policy for the full picture, including how to ask for your data to be deleted.
